Collection description
When lodging an MSAC application form, you must provide responses to questions within the HPP and upload a PICO set. After you lodge an MSAC application, the HPP will automatically generate:
- an application record – this contains all data entered directly into the HPP and the file names of any uploaded documents (such as the PICO set document).
- an application summary – this is a redacted version of the full application form, with some sensitive information such as individual’s names and contact details removed.
