We are currently reviewing this framework to incorporate the many changes to MSAC processes since it was first published, including the recent introduction of the Health Products Portal.
The descriptions of the approach to HTA and assessment pathways are still broadly accurate. But references to specific processes, such as the Application Progression Record, are no longer correct.
We recommend you read the framework along with the other information on this website.
