Meeting dates and agendas
We and our subcommittees generally meet 3 times each year. To view meeting agendas, select a meeting date on the pages below.
Key dates for applicants
Applicants must complete a range of steps before we can consider an application at a meeting. View these steps in the key dates for applicants.
Where we meet
We hold meetings in Canberra. These may be face-to-face meetings, video conferences or a combination of both.
Who can attend
Members and invited experts are expected to attend the relevant meetings.
Applicants and their nominated experts can:
- attend PASC meetings (for their application only) if their application is on the agenda
- request a hearing at MSAC meetings if they meet the criteria for hearings.
How meetings work
Meetings usually occur over 2 days to allow discussion of the applications on the agenda. This includes consideration of consultation input.
Meetings can only proceed if the required minimum number of members attend. The terms of reference set out the PASC quorum, ESC quorum and MSAC quorum.
