Evaluation Subcommittee (ESC) consideration

1. Develop commentary (only for ADAR)
   
   In this step, your ADAR is critically reviewed in a commentary.
2. Respond to commentary or respond to DCAR
   
   In this step, you respond to either the ADAR commentary or DCAR in your pre-ESC response.
3. ESC considers assessment report (ESC meeting)
   
   ESC meets to consider the assessment report, your pre-ESC response, related documents and consultation input.
