What you need to know
This step is only for applications on the standard pathway. In this step, you can comment on:
- the draft PICO confirmation for your application
- any consultation input about the PICO in your application.
This is your pre-PASC response. PASC will consider your response, the PICO confirmation and consultation input.
What you need to do
1. Access the documents
In the Health Products Portal, you will receive from our secretariat:
- the draft PICO confirmation
- a summary of consultation input from individuals
- a copy of consultation input from organisations.
See key dates for applicants for the date you can expect to receive the documents. It will be about 3 weeks before the meeting where PASC will consider your application.
2. Review the documents
You will receive instructions on how to provide comments on the documents. You can:
- clarify information as needed
- note anything you do not agree with and why
- correct any errors or inaccuracies
- highlight any relevant consultation input
- make other comments as needed.
3. Provide your response
Send your response to our secretariat through the Health Products Portal by the due date. To find out how to do this, see uploading your pre-PASC response.
Next steps
Our secretariat will provide the following to PASC members:
- the draft PICO confirmation
- any consultation input received by the PASC deadline
- your pre-PASC response.
In the next step, the members will consider the PICO confirmation at a PASC meeting.
